Full Stack Engineer

- I hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.). - I have 5+ years of software engineering experience. - I possess preferred certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, or Kubernetes Application Developer. - I am passionate about excellence, automation, innovation, and collaboration. - I am eager to learn new technologies and adapt my working methods daily. - I bring curiosity and a questioning mindset to my work, injecting new points of view into the team. - I have the ability to triage, execute root cause analysis, and be decisive under pressure. - I can creatively solve new and interesting problems in a dynamic environment. - I can work with various individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner while building and maintaining effective relationships. - I act confidently and cautiously in production scenarios to resolve customer outages. - I have a solid understanding of storage, containers, serverless architecture/framework, and cloud IAM controls and policies. - I have hands-on experience building and deploying applications using various Amazon Web Services (primarily Cloud Formation, compute, EBS volumes, and container). - I am proficient in object-oriented Python and developing serverless functions with Boto. - I have full-stack development experience across distributed applications and services. - I can apply design patterns and object-orientation to solutions. - I have hands-on experience with containers and container orchestration. - I have experience managing systems using infrastructure as code tools (CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, ARM, etc.). - I possess a strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts and ecosystems, deploying applications into EKS. - I understand versioning and release practices (SCM) and code collaboration practices (Git). - I am proficient with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins. - I have experience executing the Software Development Lifecycle in an agile environment. - I have experience in defining and implementing a comprehensive cloud reliability and observability strategy, ensuring that our cloud systems are always available when our customers need them.
