Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- I have over 3 years of analysis experience, consistently delivering complex technology projects.
- My written and verbal communication skills are strong, enabling me to interact effectively with both business and technical team members throughout the organization.
- I have experience with Agile methodology and JIRA, which is valuable in a dynamic work environment.
- My background includes working with trading systems or brokerage technology.
- I possess the ability to take intricate capabilities and translate them into clear, concise requirements with well-defined value and acceptance criteria.
- I understand the technology and software architecture of applications.
- Experience with AWS Cloud is an advantage, though not essential.
- I have worked collaboratively with QA and business partners to define test scenarios.
- I am adept at detecting scope changes and escalating issues when necessary.
Responsibilities
- I take the lead in gathering requirements for legacy trading capabilities, guiding our migration to a modernized platform for trading and brokerage applications.
- I cooperate with technology and business teams to identify improved capabilities and workflows for modernized solutions.
- I contribute to the advancement of systems analysis practices across our global team.
- I ensure adherence to documentation standards and best practices throughout our processes.
Description
In the Fidelity Institutional Technology group, my team focuses on delivering electronic trading solutions for Fidelityโs Capital Markets division. This is a hands-on role where I function as an individual contributor, engaging in systems analysis, documentation, and collaborative planning and dependency management.
