My team is designed to eliminate distractions related to ongoing operations for delivery teams while promoting best practices and standards in engineering and change management. Team members gain exposure to all facets of the brokerage platform, including its users and third-party dependencies, and develop a deep understanding of how a premier brokerage platform is developed, operates, and evolves through modernization. As for our work approach, safety is our utmost priority. This role will be guided by our dynamic working policy which entails a blend of in-office and remote work based on the needs of the role and our post-pandemic environment. Your growth and success are our priorities, and we want you to reap the benefits of in-person collaborations, learning opportunities, and community-building experiences as we continue to foster an engaging workplace. The pay range for this position is between $75 and $91 per hour, and we will determine your placement in this range based on various factors including job responsibilities, geographic location, and your relevant experience.
