Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack development, preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with back-end development, including Node.js and PHP.
- Understanding of database systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with design and development tools, including Adobe XD and Photoshop.
- A demonstrable portfolio showcasing web development projects with a focus on interactive design.
- Strong analytical skills and capability to work independently on assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain web applications prioritizing functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Create and integrate new features and capabilities for our websites and digital assets.
- Utilize Elementor and WordPress to enhance website aesthetics and content quality.
- Ensure the technical viability of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to embed digital marketing strategies into the development framework.
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to remain ahead of digital trends.
- Manage web development projects, overseeing all stages from inception to launch.
- Analyze website performance, pinpoint areas needing improvement, and implement strategies to boost SEO and user engagement.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings to synchronize development objectives with overall marketing initiatives.
- Establish and adjust benchmarks and KPIs for web development projects as necessary to align with company goals.
