Product Strategy Manager (Custody and Trading)

Our team blends operational and technical experience, which institutions and investors expect from a Fidelity venture, to create a completely new offering for this asset class. The Product Strategy team leads the vision and strategy for Fidelity Digital Assets® product offerings. We are accountable for the overall user experience of our custody and trading platform and the customized solutions available to our clients. We continuously assess industry trends and business needs, using those insights to improve our existing offerings or incubate new solutions. Our team members bring a commercial mindset, a drive for innovation, and diverse backgrounds, all united by a passion for digital assets, markets, and financial services products. The base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $185,000 per year, varying based on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors. The base salary is just one component of the overall compensation package, which may also include bonuses or other variable compensation based on eligibility.
