Principal Systems Analyst

In my role as a Principal System Analyst in Quantitative Research and Investments Technology, I combine my investment management and technical expertise with a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Engaging with Fidelity leaders, I influence broader strategic decisions, roadmaps, and resource requirements. My role requires ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog to align on what and when work is performed. I foster an iterative work environment that encourages innovation through testing and experimentation, allowing my team to learn from failures and celebrate successes. I work in partnership with Quantitative Research Investments stakeholders, other Squad Leaders, Scrum Masters, and Technology Leaders, all while promoting Fidelity’s agile leadership behaviors to sustain and evolve our innovative culture. I take a data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, skillfully breaking down complex product features into clear and concise stories. My deep understanding of the industry landscape around quantitative research equips me to creatively build quantitative investing platforms. I lead by influencing colleagues without formal authority, fostering high-performing teams and maintaining unquestioning relationships across Fidelity to achieve our business outcomes.
