Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- At least five years of experience in Financial Services, with comprehensive knowledge of investment instruments and financial markets
- Demonstrated experience with Private Equity, Private Debt, and various Alternative investment frameworks
- Profound understanding of private market structures such as Limited Partnerships, REITs, BDCs, private lending funds, CDOs, and CLOs
- Extensive knowledge of asset management back-office operations, mutual fund accounting, complex fund structures, and derivatives
- Practical experience with FIS InvestOne and SS&C Geneva accounting platforms
- Capability to analyze complex and ambiguous challenges, proposing innovative solutions with clear and concise presentations
- A self-driven and collaborative team member who works well with minimal supervision
- Proven proficiency in diverse business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation
- A strong interest in data; knowing where to find it, how to utilize it, and understanding its implications
- Skill in converting business needs into clear and actionable business and systems requirements
- An inquisitive and motivated learner with robust problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and influentially
- A creative approach to tasks, willing to challenge existing practices and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
- Adaptability to navigate ambiguous situations effectively and maintain progress while assisting others

- Understanding of the technology and software architecture related to applications

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between product delivery teams and stakeholders during the onboarding of Alternative Instruments
- Collaborate with diverse internal teams to support the smooth operation of this critical business segment
- Engage daily with Alternative Investment Sponsors, clients, internal stakeholders, legal/compliance, and other relevant parties
- Advocate for the Alternative product set within the FFIO organization, influencing system and architectural solutions based on intricate requirements
- Act as the lead for initiatives of varying scope and complexity, interfacing directly with end users, product management, and systems teams
- Work closely with business partners to analyze complex requirements and develop effective solutions
- Contribute to our product teams commitment to quality by designing and executing tests that address business needs and guarantee solutions for end users
