Head of Full Stack Development

As part of our team, you will define and execute our technology vision in collaboration with architecture, engineering, and product leadership. It's your responsibility to bring this vision to life by emphasizing platform stability, engineering discipline, and planning to phase out old technologies. Additionally, you will facilitate the alignment of our product roadmap with tech-driven initiatives. You will also play a significant role in coaching and mentoring. This includes guiding agile teams comprising developers, testers, and analysts, and establishing a connection between product goals and architecture. We value your commitment to creating the next generation of tech leaders by investing time in coaching fellow associates and acting as the authority on technical solutions and standards. In a hands-on capacity, you will gain expertise in our specific practices while keeping abreast of new industry standards. Your role will involve working on strategic projects that cross various business units and product teams, providing both technical mentorship and leadership, particularly when new coding patterns are introduced. Serving as a steward of our tech vision, you will be tasked with delivering complex projects with a focus on delivering incremental value. You will provide technical leadership to multiple agile teams, foster an engaged engineering community across business units, and serve as a developer advocate by addressing and enhancing developer experiences. Additionally, you will act as an escalation point for any production issues.
