Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in HVAC, electrical systems, or appliance repair strongly preferred
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, both in technical equipment and customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to customers
- Comfortable using tools, electrical meters, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to effectively manage time between direct customer interaction and hands-on repair tasks
- Proficient computer skills for handling email, ticketing systems, and maintaining records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications (EPA 608, HVAC, electrician license) are advantageous

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance via phone and email addressing customer inquiries about pool equipment installation, operation, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose problems and perform hands-on repairs and testing of pool heat pumps, pumps, and related equipment at our warehouse
- Maintain comprehensive service records and document common issues for ongoing improvements
- Support warranty evaluations and liaise with the operations team for necessary replacements or repairs
- Work collaboratively with the engineering and product teams to share insights on frequent issues and customer requirements
- Monitor and manage inventory for repair and replacement components
Description

This full-time role offers a competitive salary starting from $15.00 per hour, with expected working hours of 40 per week, located in-person at our warehouse.
