- Serve as the administrator for Global Shop Solutions (GSS), managing user accounts, roles, modules, and workflows - Diagnose and enhance both physical and digital processes including BOM/routing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, production quality, and costing - Ensure data integrity across parts, routings, BOMs, units of measure, costs, work centers, inventory locations, and vendor/customer records - Support training initiatives for new functionalities, updated procedures, and new hires - Develop lightweight tools, scripts, or services using C# and/or JavaScript to facilitate automation, data cleaning/migration, and custom functionalities - Structure and implement enterprise-scale applications utilizing Power Platform (Canvas, Model-driven, Power Automate, Power Pages, PCF, Generative Pages) integrated with Dataverse and external systems - Create or maintain integrations between GSS and external platforms (QMS/NCR systems, SharePoint/Power Automate, time clocks, barcode scanning, etc.) - Generate custom APIs or connectors as required to enhance efficiency - Build and sustain scalable dashboards, automated reports, KPIs, and triggers to aid in real-time decision-making - Write PostgreSQL queries to retrieve and analyze data, producing actionable insights and displaying findings in Power Platform applications - Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and ensure solutions are scalable and secure - Collaborate with IT colleagues to align with strategic, compliance, and security protocols - Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
