Director of IT - Nonprofit Hybrid

- Oversee the organizations enterprise technology systems, collaborating with all departments to ensure integration of CRM, HRIS, financial, and grants management systems with organizational strategies - Lead the development and integration of enterprise technology systems alongside internal teams and external partners, managing all IT and system requirements - Collaborate with Operations to design and implement streamlined workflow processes, incorporating them into enterprise-wide systems and guiding the creation of dashboards for strategic decisions across Finance, Operations, Revenue, and Grants Management - Work with Operations, IT support, and external partners to enhance cybersecurity and data protection measures, ensuring adequate safeguards, access control, and risk awareness within enterprise systems - Facilitate effective data flow across platforms to minimize manual interventions and enhance data accuracy - Provide strategic direction on enterprise technology priorities, aligning enhancements with organizational impact and operational needs - Establish and uphold technology and data governance standards, covering system access, permissions, and data integrity - Collaborate with Finance to embed financial controls and compliance measures within systems and workflows - Assist Revenue and Programs by ensuring accurate capture and usability of grant, donor, and contract data across systems - Manage technology-related vendor relationships, including renewals, performance assessments, and risk awareness - Lead change management initiatives and adoption efforts, including training, documentation, and user enablement - Identify risks and opportunities for improvement within enterprise technology and present recommendations to leadership
