Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to client eligibility standards, including the capability to obtain and uphold a Public Trust clearance
- Openness to a hybrid work model (up to 3 days onsite) and residing within commuting distance of the designated client site
- Bachelors degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java is highly preferred)
- Basic grasp of full stack development principles
- Experience with contemporary web technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, or comparable frameworks
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication capabilities
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of modern software platforms that support expansive government systems, including applications designed to detect fraud and protect sensitive data
- Attend and complete 10 to 12 weeks of intensive, instructor-guided training aimed at preparing you for your role as a full stack developer
- Post-training, engage with top organizations in mission-critical sectors to help maintain and enhance large-scale software systems
- Acquire practical experience in enterprise-grade environments operating on a national level to foster your growth as a full stack software engineer
