Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years in a relevant field. - Proficient in Microsoft 365 security products and services, including: - Data Loss Prevention - Information Rights Management - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 - Privileged Identity Management - Entra ID - Familiar with Microsoft Purview features, such as: - Information Protection - Records Management - Insider Risk Management - Data Lifecycle Management - Sensitive Information Types - Trainable Classifiers - Administrative Units - Extensive understanding of functional area concepts and principles. - General awareness of departmental operations, policies, and technologies within the Reserve Banks. - Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, creativity, and attentiveness to detail in both verbal and written communications. - Competent in risk management practices, making informed decisions within established guidelines. - Capable of planning methods to reach specific objectives under guidance. - Adept at achieving set goals by employing professional standards and practical experience.

Responsibilities

- Create conceptual, logical, and physical IT engineering designs to align with infrastructure needs for various projects. - Evaluate our needs related to technical infrastructure design, ensuring that designs adhere to established requirements. - Formulate testing strategies and prepare plans for implementation and transition. - Actively engage in agile ceremonies to support EUS and Digital Workplace initiatives. - Assist the product owner in managing backlog and workload while fulfilling assignments. - Represent End User Services (EUS) and the Digital Workplace with professionalism when interacting with stakeholders. - Ensure completion of assigned tasks and timely updates to JIRA cards and timesheets. - Address complex hardware and software operating system issues. - Supervise actions aimed at avoiding problems. - Review and revise current system logic and documentation. - May authorize changes to risk levels and suggest solutions to avoid system disruptions. - Recommend and select new software and hardware as needed. - Conduct change and problem management using standard tools. - Ensure compliance with existing system standards and regulations. - Measure performance metrics to confirm operational effectiveness. - Lead technical projects utilizing FRIT/System staff resources. - Maintain adherence to technical programming and design standards. - Provide training to technical staff on software and hardware tools according to established procedures. - Monitor compliance with internal audit requirements and guidelines from the Information Security Manual.
