Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, especially Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio
- Expertise in Copilot integration and implementation best practices
- Experience with Exchange Online and Exchange 2016 administration
- Proficiency in Office 365 Groups, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Familiarity with tenant administration and hybrid Exchange environments
- Knowledge of Viva Suite Components
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills and understanding of AI agent design
- Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow) and low-code/no-code development
- Additional experience with SPFx, Entra ID access management, and Viva Connections
- Understanding of networking and authentication protocols
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, and communication skills
- Ability to apply risk management principles in decision-making
- Capability to work under guidance in a structured environment
- Experience making decisions based on standard procedures

Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical IT engineering designs for infrastructure projects
- Analyze business requirements relevant to technical infrastructure design
- Prepare testing strategies and implementation plans
- Resolve complex issues related to hardware and software systems
- Oversee proactive problem avoidance actions
- Review and update existing system documentation as necessary
- Authorize risk level changes and suggest mitigation strategies
- Evaluate and recommend new software/hardware solutions
- Ensure compliance with established system standards
- Measure performance to validate system operation
- Lead complex projects utilizing technical resources effectively
- Train technical staff on software/hardware tools as per standards
- Monitor compliance with audit requirements and security guidelines
- Assist in deploying Microsoft Copilot and rolling out Viva tools
- Design and implement targeted dashboards for Viva Connections
- Promote community engagement through Viva Engage
- Consult on AI initiatives related to Copilot
- Build and manage custom AI agents using Copilot Studio
- Provide strategic planning and user training for successful deployments
- Support maintenance and monitoring of collaboration technology
- Investigate and implement new capabilities in Office 365
- Interface with stakeholders and vendors for change management
- Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with safety practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend support when necessary
