Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and others
- Expert knowledge of DevSecOps practices, frameworks, and tools
- Expertise in tool integration within the DevOps pipeline, such as Git
- Ability to synthesize and organize information into meaningful patterns and identify underlying relationships
- Quick to acquire new knowledge and skills, practicing agile methodologies
- Capable of explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences
- Experience with artificial intelligence is advantageous
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, AWS Config, AWS Inspector, Guard Duty, and others
- Solid understanding of software development languages and tools, such as Python, JSON, YAML, and Java
- Technical proficiency in security tools and knowledge of security standards and procedures
- A proactive learning mindset, collaboration skills, and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Interpret and assess policies to enhance and implement the DevSecOps program
- Evaluate the maturity of development teams DevSecOps practices based on an established framework
- Proactively advocate for improvements to the program
- Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance workflows and processes in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Implement and consult on secure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, assessing code and/or applications or developing code for facilitation
- Monitor compliance with information security policies using security tools
- Evaluate and implement security products and/or processes to boost productivity and effectiveness for various platforms
- Provide technical guidance and support on security-related matters to internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into existing software applications and infrastructure
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity to improve our security posture
- Assist leadership in decision-making through timely analysis and written communications

Our competitive salary ranges from $79,100 to $111,500 for experienced levels and up to $139,000 for senior levels, with final offers tailored to the candidates qualifications and geographic location.
