Requirements
Must:
- Familiarity with IAM tools and their application in enterprise environments including provisioning, access re-certification, onboarding, Roles Based Access Management (RBAC), and attribute-based management.
- Experience in implementing orchestration or workflow processes utilizing modern automation tools.
- Proficient in scripting and data management tools for data analysis purposes.
- Proven experience working within cross-functional teams to enhance awareness and implementation of information security best practices.
- Background in leading and participating in cross-functional teams to create security solutions or architectures aligned with business needs.
- Experience utilizing automation and AI-driven tools for identity governance and anomaly detection.
- Understanding of industry-standard best practices in architecture such as least-privilege enforcement, infrastructure segmentation, and zero trust architecture.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles supporting agile product development.
- Knowledge of contemporary security event logging tools like Splunk, Datadog, and similar orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in scripting tools such as PowerShell and Unix shells.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code workflow solutions and application lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Product Management and Agile Methodologies.
- A commitment to continuous learning and innovation to apply technology in creative ways.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes throughout the FRFS business line, ensuring compliance with standards and alignment with enterprise security protocols and best practices.
- Drive the development and dissemination of IAM policies that correspond with business needs and enterprise standards.
- Assist in IAM tooling and migration efforts, acting as a primary contact for FRFS as necessary.
- Promote IAM best practices and cultivate an IAM-aware culture within FRFS.
- Provide IAM consultations to stakeholders within FRFS to clarify policies and practices, encouraging a unified understanding and adherence to IAM standards.
- Maintain relationships with various business units and enterprise partners that interact with FRFS in moderately complex ways on a frequent basis.
- Operate effectively under varying degrees of supervision.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams in an agile environment to ensure the successful completion of strategic security initiatives.
