Requirements
Must:
- Advanced-level experience in identity and security solution engineering.
- Strong understanding of IAM modernization, Zero Trust principles, and the Microsoft security ecosystem (Entra ID, Defender).
- Expertise in PKI, FIDO, and contemporary authentication technologies.
- Practical experience with cloud security, automation workflows, and secrets management.
- Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and spearhead complex solution planning.
- Familiarity with large-scale security strategies and governance frameworks (preferred).
- Experience with risk reduction initiatives and threat protection strategies (preferred).
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy identity and security solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Lead the creation of the Entra ID Governance roadmap, addressing lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning modernization.
- Strategically plan and integrate Microsoft Defender security features to enhance endpoint, identity, and cloud security.
- Define and implement Secrets Management and Non-Human Identity strategies for automation and cloud workflows.
- Promote the adoption of passwordless and phishing-resistant authentication methods (PKI + FIDO).
- Advance Zero Trust identity and security tools, ensuring dynamic access control and effective policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solution delivery aligns with OCISOs strategic objectives.
