Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Salesforce Admin & Platform Developer I (PDI) certification required
- Proficient in Apex, HTML, and SOQL/SOSL
- Experienced in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub Enterprise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud administration
- Skilled in designing and implementing custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code or Eclipse
- Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and development
- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code
- Management of sandbox environments and data migration using ETL/integration tools
- Comprehensive Salesforce product knowledge with 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservice standards and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum framework and Change Management processes
Responsibilities
- Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions
- Configure and develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems and other third-party applications
- Maintain data integrity and manage authentication and authorization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into reliable Salesforce solutions
- Support operational management through timely reporting and issue resolution
- Develop software solutions by analyzing user needs and investigating problem areas
- Document solutions with flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments
- Manage application deployments and ongoing support across production environments
- Apply DevOps best practices to enhance speed and stability in delivery
