Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong comprehension of SDLC methodologies with expertise in CI/CD pipeline and methodologies
- CIAM, MS Certified IAM Admin, or other Information Security-related certifications preferred
- Proficient knowledge at a protocol level across IAM domains such as SSO, MFA, IGA, Password Management, and Privileged Access Management
- 4-7 years of engineering experience with core Identity products including Active Directory, Azure Entra, OIM IGA, and CyberArk
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize, organize, and track details across multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Java, J2EE, Perl scripts, and PowerShell
- Expertise in developing and implementing product enhancements for existing IAM programs
- Experience with direct system integrations including Workday, ServiceNow, PAM, ActiveRoles, AD, and Entra
- Background in establishing reliable IAM governance supporting enhanced JML and role mining techniques
- Experience with OneIdentity application onboarding and support of enterprise applications with automated provisioning requirements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IAM Services team to resolve complex access-related issues
- Address all types of user access requests, improving role definitions as necessary
- Respond to audit requests with diligence and thoroughness
- Deliver IAM services with excellence daily
- Take ownership in resolving access issues affecting the business
- Adhere strictly to IAM standards, processes, and controls
- Implement essential enhancements and bug fixes within a mature product management lifecycle
- Generate and validate precise IAM reports for senior leadership and compliance
- Manage the implementation of third-party applications utilizing automation techniques for authorization controls
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to integrate applications with IAM solutions and develop robust role and access designs
- Define and uphold build procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy checks for high-risk systems
- Fulfill audit inquiries, including data queries and evidence collection
- Work alongside IT teams as a subject matter expert in IAM solutions
- Mentor junior team members to foster internal talent development
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Execute IAM solutions that involve load balancers, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery technologies
- Implement expertise in certificate management, SSL handshaking, and encryption technologies in IAM integration
- Document and refresh operating procedures for knowledge transfer
- Identify operational issues and propose IAM solutions aligned with strategic objectives
