Solutions Engineer - Cloud & Automation

- Collaborate with the team to align IT, Engineering, and Operations capabilities into a marketable solution. - Partner with customer implementation teams to address issues and coordinate with product management teams for timely solution delivery. - Address new business and customer enhancement opportunities by supporting response documentation and pricing inputs for strategic solutions. - Assist in developing the Statement of Work with customers, ensuring clear communication of requirements and service levels. - Engage in customer meetings and prepare presentations highlighting proposed solutions during Pre and Post sales processes. - Document IT system needs and conduct gap analysis to create a full integrated supply chain solution for potential clients. - Work alongside teams to develop comprehensive solutions that consider engineering, operational flows, and system capabilities to satisfy business requirements at the lowest possible cost. - Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and other key stakeholders to validate scope and design of new business solutions. - Organize and facilitate reviews of customer contract documents, technical specifications, and data analytics to ensure accurate operating models and technology selections. - Work with implementation teams to identify interdependencies and prioritize tasks for communication and delivery plans. - Interact with Product managers and agile implementation teams to review demos for validating critical solution aspects. - Build and maintain relationships to influence leadership, customers, Architects, Product Managers, and implementation teams in delivering standard-compliant solutions. - Continuously work on establishing, maintaining, and updating strategies (methodology, processes, standards, tools, services) used in customer implementations. - Foster strong partnerships with IT and business teams for timely delivery of customer value. - Uphold FedEx brand standards, especially in customer-facing activities.
