Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
- Four years of experience in an IT or computer support setting
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong leadership, customer relations, and employee development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive software testing plans using both automated and manual methods to ensure products adhere to specifications and standards
- Convert existing manual test cases into automated scripts for continuous testing and integration
- Report testing progress, challenges, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Identify and execute enhancements to testing processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and product quality
- Apply industry best practices, organizational procedures, and functional specifications to create effective testing strategies
- Establish, configure, and maintain automated testing environments in a continuous integration setup
- Keep updated with advancements in testing tools, technologies, and software quality best practices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead the design and execution of our software testing strategies. In this position, you will play an essential role in preserving the integrity and performance of our software solutions by developing both automated and manual testing techniques.
