Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, or enterprise applications
- Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, accessibility standards, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Strong user-centered design thinking to develop effective and intuitive interfaces
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail along with problem-solving abilities to tackle usability and accessibility challenges
Responsibilities
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet product requirements and business objectives
- Conduct user research and usability tests to guide design choices and enhance user experience
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for a smooth implementation of designs
- Maintain and refine design systems and style guides to promote consistency across products and platforms
- Define and monitor user experience metrics to assess and improve design performance
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
