Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with engineering principles, operational processes, and logistics workflows
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management and logistics operations
- Preferred: Experience with facility layout design, data analysis, and process modeling
- Preferred: Background in Warehouse Management Systems, particularly Manhattan WMOS
- Preferred: Experience in leading project teams for comprehensive solution development for 3PL clients
- Preferred: Understanding of Manhattan WMS process flows
- Preferred: Awareness of ERP and WMS system integrations
- Preferred: Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
- Strong team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Create standardized engineered solutions for small to medium complexity customer projects
- Collaborate with team members to craft complete solution designs for non-standard proposals, ensuring alignment of IT, Engineering, and Operations
- Assist in business development by preparing proposal responses and supporting pricing and solution design efforts
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clear interpretation of customer requirements and effective communication
- Prepare and present solution-oriented materials for customer engagement meetings during both pre-sales and post-sales phases
- Update and maintain solution tools and processes to enhance efficiency and quality of service
- Work closely with IT, operations, and pricing teams to ensure prompt delivery of proposal information and adherence to standard design practices
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
