Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- At least seven (7) years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or architecture roles
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable applications, microservices, APIs, or distributed systems
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural principles across Marketing and Sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft, API-driven services, and related CRM ecosystems) for improved quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Provide technical guidance to developers and engineers, conduct code reviews, perform technical audits, and mentor team members to enhance Salesforce and integration development practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to convert business requirements into actionable technical solutions, managing release processes through Git and ensuring alignment with enterprise integration frameworks
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts for complex issues, dependencies, and obstacles affecting the delivery of Marketing and Sales technology
- Promote system stability and ongoing technical enhancements through initiatives, proofs-of-concept, and the adoption of best practices across CRM and integration tools
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Execute additional duties as assigned
