Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in portfolio and/or program management in a business setting
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and programs while developing professional relationships
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management processes, tooling, and governance
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong executive presence with experience collaborating with leadership
- Experience leading transformational change programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought leader and consultant, managing the enterprise workflow from concept to execution
- Plan and facilitate demand triage and governance forums
- Collaborate with Demand Requestors, Initiative Owners, Strategic Program Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of demand
- Oversee governance forums and prepare materials for problem-solving and decision-making
- Provide updates to stakeholders to highlight risks and track the status of initiatives
- Strategically influence business decisions using both structured and unstructured data
- Organize workshops and meetings to enhance collaboration and mitigate risks
- Ensure consistent application of operating model standards and tooling for effective execution
- Lead the onboarding of AI capabilities into portfolio operations and identify high-value use cases
- Design and deploy autonomous AI workflows and connect APIs between systems
- Guide the development of tools, dashboards, and reporting for improved visibility and outcomes
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to ensure integration and data quality
- Drive the evolution of the Commercial Portfolio product development operating model
- Formulate change management strategies to enhance portfolio maturity and establish community standards
- Create and execute communication strategies to support operational changes
