Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in mobile application development, particularly with React and React Native.
- Proficient in Redux for state management.
- Deep understanding of mobile app design principles and user experience best practices.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and handling of asynchronous requests.
- Familiarity with version control systems, ideally Git.
- Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain top-quality, responsive mobile applications utilizing React, React Native, and Redux.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to create outstanding user-focused solutions.
- Enhance application performance to guarantee a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Apply best practices in mobile application development to ensure code quality and long-term maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, encouraging teamwork and knowledge exchange within the team.
- Identify and resolve issues raised by users and team members promptly.
- Keep abreast of new trends and technologies in mobile app development.
