- Strong communication skills are necessary, enabling you to explain technical issues clearly to users without technical backgrounds.
- I seek someone who can quickly analyze problems and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, mobile device support, and knowledge of IT infrastructure components are desirable, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- You will deliver frontline technical support via phone, email, and chat for a diverse array of hardware and software issues.
- You will troubleshoot software challenges related to operating systems such as Windows and macOS, addressing application errors and configuration problems.
- Assistance with computer management tasks—like setup, upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting—will be part of your role.
- Support for network connectivity issues by diagnosing problems with LAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and wireless networks (including Meraki) will be your responsibility.
- You will manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Utilizing Help Desk ticketing systems, you will document incidents and monitor the progress of resolutions.
- You will escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or specialized teams while keeping clear communication with users throughout the resolution process.
