Implementation Specialist - ERP & Integrations

- Lead or provide support for ERP implementation projects from planning stages through post-launch stabilization - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and confirm functional requirements - Configure and test ERP modules, integrations, and workflows to ensure alignment with business processes - Plan, execute, and validate data migration efforts in partnership with both business and IT teams - Conduct gap analyses of SAP S/4 HANA and ByDesign to pinpoint deficiencies and areas for improvement - Define and document guidelines for shared, federated, or independent functions between our organization and the parent company - Maintain a catalog of business processes, identifying SAP integrations, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization - Map primary systems across both organizations, documenting overlaps, gaps, and required skills/capabilities - Identify and outline key data domains and entities, noting any overlaps or inconsistencies - Maintain a log of critical shared services impacted by integration activities - Conduct SAP-specific integration gap analyses to inform project planning - Track integration initiatives within a centralized log, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and platforms - Coordinate and validate data exchanges between systems to uphold security, accuracy, and compliance - Monitor integration performance and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability - Collaborate with the PMO team to create and sustain detailed project plans, timelines, and status updates - Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including business users, IT personnel, and external consultants - Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing proactive solutions for mitigation - Ensure that project deliverables are met on schedule, adhering to scope, and within budget constraints - Analyze and document existing processes; design future workflows that capitalize on ERP and integration capabilities - Support change management efforts, including training, user adoption strategies, and documentation - Offer post-implementation support and make recommendations for continuous improvement
