Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in PC troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of PC hardware and software
- Basic familiarity with Windows Server
- Experience using Active Directory for managing domain users
- Proficient in resolving network and/or local printer issues
- Skillful in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows operating systems
- Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Self-driven and able to perform with minimal oversight
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Install and support PC hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Assist users facing PC, network, and phone hardware and software issues
- Order and set up PC peripheral devices
- Aid in project management, resource planning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes
- Perform additional duties as required
