Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, plus 1-5 years relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in Java is preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous
- Strong customer service mindset to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent leadership qualities and ability to self-initiate research on inquiries and issues
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and management of the usage-based insurance application
- Collaborate on additional applications supported by our team
- Engage closely with internal customers to ensure alignment on productivity objectives, goals, and challenges
- Define business objectives and deliverables, writing business requirements guided by system development practices
- Provide continuous support to resolve business challenges and analyze as well as rectify system issues
