Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in predictive modeling required.
- Experience in Property Casualty is preferred.
- Proficient in SQL, R, Emblem, or similar predictive modeling tools.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and document predictive models.
- Analyze results and communicate findings to diverse audiences with varying technical expertise.
- Validate, test, and refine data as necessary.
- Work closely with managing actuaries in the pricing teams to achieve results.
