Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent educational background
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in application development
- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies
- Familiarity with distributed development practices and a solid grasp of the development lifecycle
- Experience with XML and SQL is advantageous
- Understanding of the interconnectedness between business requirements and technological solutions
- Knowledge of multiple IT platforms and current best practices in application development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at least three days a week under a hybrid work model
Responsibilities
- Develop new applications and maintain existing ones according to specifications, including coding, testing, and documenting as per company standards
- Conduct ongoing research to maintain expertise in systems software and hardware, ensuring top-tier operations and implementations
- Keep the Application Development Manager, Project Manager, and team members updated on project deliverables
- Design technological configurations to meet business requirements and develop, execute, and manage project plans for life systems
