Staff Engineer, Endpoint Platform

- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of mobile device management solutions for a large-scale enterprise environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance mobile operations while ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance standards - Define engineering principles, reference architectures, and reusable configuration patterns for endpoint management - Establish secure device baselines across all supported platforms - Implement GitOps-driven endpoint configuration management - Develop CI/CD validation pipelines for endpoint policies and configurations - Create API-based integrations across identity, asset management, security tools, and compliance systems - Architect zero-touch, globally scalable device provisioning methods - Build self-service application delivery models to improve access - Optimize device onboarding processes with measurable service level objectives (SLOs) - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for provisioning speed, compliance drift, patch latency, and device trust posture - Utilize telemetry and automation to enhance endpoint experiences and security continually - Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain operational flexibility and adaptability to business requirements
