Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably focusing on Developer Platforms, Infrastructure, or Internal Tools.
- Proven track record in building or scaling platforms that support internal engineering teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the developer journey and tasks essential for developers or DevOps/Infra teams.
- Ability to inspire and lead technical teams, juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and achieve results under pressure.
- Strong ability to convey product vision and technical ideas to both engineers and senior business leaders.
- A passion for fostering customer empathy through understanding developer challenges and crafting solutions that enhance their efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define the platform vision by establishing a clear strategy for FanDuels developer platform that aligns with business goals and technical strategy while securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Manage the platform roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and executing new product initiatives.
- Advocate for the developer experience by gathering insights through research, feedback, and analytics to discover opportunities for streamlining, accelerating, and standardizing the software delivery lifecycles.
- Promote the adoption of new tools and frameworks, ensuring internal products are well-documented, user-friendly, and accepted by engineering and enablement teams.
- Focus on execution by balancing foundational investments with quick wins across competing priorities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product efficiency, usage, and reliability, utilizing insights for continuous improvement.
- Deepen technical knowledge of FanDuels architecture, development tools, and infrastructure to make informed decisions.
