Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in architecting, designing, deploying, and overseeing large-scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and enterprise MDM platforms
- Strong background in automation and platform engineering
- Proficient in Bash, PowerShell, Python, and hands-on scripting techniques
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, and configuration-as-code methodologies in active production settings using Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of endpoint and mobile security frameworks including iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows
- Knowledge of Mobile Application Management (MAM), Mobile Content Management (MCM), and Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) solutions
- Familiarity with encryption, VPN, Endpoint protection, and Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions like SAML and OAuth
- Strong API integration experience across identity management, IAM, and broader security ecosystems
- Knowledgeable in data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to define, track, and enhance measurable operational KPIs
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to support cross-departmental projects and operate effectively in fast-paced settings
- Availability for on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support as required
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage mobile device management solutions in a large-scale enterprise setting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mobile operations
- Define engineering principles, reference architectures, and reusable configuration patterns for endpoint management
- Create secure device baselines for all platforms
- Implement endpoint configuration management leveraging GitOps methodologies
- Develop continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) validation pipelines for endpoint policies and configurations
- Create API-based integrations with identity, asset management, security tools, and compliance systems
- Architect zero-touch provisioning systems for scalable device deployment
- Establish self-service models for application delivery
- Enhance the device onboarding experience while tracking measurable service level objectives (SLOs)
- Maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) related to provisioning speed, compliance drift, patch latency, and device trust posture
- Utilize telemetry and automation tools to consistently enhance endpoint security and performance
