Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in product security engineering with an emphasis on web applications
- In-depth knowledge of secure coding practices and security architecture
- Skilled in conducting security evaluations including penetration testing and threat modeling
- Strong background in securing modern API-driven and cloud-native environments
- Proficient in software engineering (Python or similar) with hands-on experience in creating automation tools
- Familiarity with securing AI/LLM-integrated systems
- Experienced in designing automation that enhances security processes and minimizes manual workloads
- Comprehensive understanding of established security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence in a remote work setting
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a cutting-edge security engineering team ensuring the safety of AI-enabled applications
- Integrate security measures within product development teams and establish secure design principles
- Perform detailed security assessments, including penetration tests and architecture evaluations
- Carry out AI-focused threat modeling and assess risks in model integrations and data flows
- Recognize recurring security patterns and develop automation to handle lower-risk scenarios
- Create and enhance internal tools and workflows to expedite security reviews
- Construct systematic and scalable review procedures to maintain quality while boosting efficiency
- Collaborate with tech leaders to define metrics reflecting security status and review productivity
- Work with development and operations teams to refine contemporary product security standards
- Document and continually improve processes related to essential systems
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned to adapt to changing business needs
