Requirements

Must:
- Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner focused on impactful data products - Familiarity with data warehouse and data pipeline technologies - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing clarity to delivery teams amid shifting priorities - Experience in designing data strategies for automated and self-service reporting as well as analytics - Strong track record in leading the product development of high-profile products or key sectors within a companys lineup, both strategically and tactically - Proficient in SQL, Python, and various reporting and data visualization tools; knowledge of streaming and Lake House architecture is advantageous - Self-motivated individual who can operate independently with minimal oversight as well as collaboratively within an agile team - Outstanding analytical skills - Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops - Committed to high standards of personal achievement and striving to meet or surpass ambitious targets - High level of self-awareness and a solid comprehension of behaviors influencing the work environment - Competent in constructively challenging ideas and actively listening

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to identify data challenges and opportunities, particularly in the Risk, Trust, and Operations sectors - Lead requirement gathering through user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to enhance program execution - Convert product roadmap features into clearly defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance testing criteria - Work closely with Data Engineering teams to deliver significant value through data initiatives - Establish and sustain domain expertise on the relevant products - Introduce innovative solutions to business problems by leveraging insights from the Risk, Trust, and Operations areas - Collaborate with Data Engineering to outline effective solutions and methodologies - Act as a catalyst for the effective and sustainable evolution of various data products in Risk, Trust, and Operations - Contribute significantly to FanDuels agile delivery framework - Play an essential role within the Product Management community, sharing industry best practices and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development
