Requirements
Must:
- I require 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining handheld devices, computers, printers, and additional peripherals is essential.
- Experience with Dell or similar laptops/desktops, including installation, configuration, and repairs, is important.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and providing support for Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) are necessary.
- I expect basic knowledge of Active Directory and network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with RF scanners, handheld devices, and tablets in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- I value strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist both office and warehouse personnel in person.
- A language requirement includes fluency in Spanish and mid-level or higher proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- I provide Level 1 IT support for staff, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- I troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, tablets, and mobile devices as needed.
- I configure and maintain Windows systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- I escalate advanced issues to the IT Manager or external vendors, ensuring clear documentation is provided.
Description

Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $48,000 to $56,000 annually.
