Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in supporting SAP MM/Purchasing/Inventory Management.
- In-depth knowledge of ABAP for debugging, along with familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, OData services, SAPUI5, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP support processes, including incident and change management.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP business processes and their integration with third-party systems.
- Strong grasp of procurement, MRP, inventory management, and production planning.
- Experience in managing change requests, enhancements, and testing cycles.
- Familiarity with integration points across FI/CO/FM, PP, SD, ISU, SAP Ariba, and PM/EAM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to train, mentor, and support governance initiatives.
- Must successfully pass a drug test and meet onsite work requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain SAP S/4HANA MM/Purchasing/Inventory processes.
- Ensure correct functionality of SAP configuration and integration with Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
- Manage incidents, enhancements, and change requests while gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP MM, including material master, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, contracts, MRP, service entry sheets, GR/IR, and inventory management.
- Maintain accuracy of material and supplier master data, contracts, and inventory.
- Address cross-module integration challenges (MM, FI/CO, SD, PM/EAM, ISU, SAP Ariba).
- Assist in purchasing operations including PR/PO creation, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Develop and validate SAP Fiori and/or Power BI reports and procurement dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with audit and documentation standards.
- Create documentation for workflows and training materials; collaborate with project teams.
