Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM configuration and support, particularly in U.S. Payroll - Practical experience in ERP project execution and management - Expertise in SAP HR and Time Management modules - In-depth understanding of U.S. Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Professional HR certifications such as PHR are preferred - Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions, including Employee Central, Payroll, and/or Talent modules - Familiarity with HRIS integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM - Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) - Experience with Power BI is preferred - Ability to mentor team members and support governance frameworks - Proficiency in documenting processes, workflows, and training materials - Capability to collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

- Support payroll operations by identifying and resolving issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions - Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to streamline workflows and ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness - Facilitate the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Talent Management, and Payroll & Time modules - Manage payroll schemas, configurations, and rules, including wage types, tax models, garnishments, and benefits integration - Ensure compliance with BSI Tax Factory regulations - Develop and maintain queries in Query Manager 4 for reporting, data analysis, and operational requirements - Guarantee that all processes comply with audit standards and documentation guidelines

Description


We are seeking an SAP Business Process Analyst III to serve as both a functional and technical expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a strong emphasis on SAP HR, particularly U.S. Payroll and Time Management. Our team is dedicated to optimizing workflows, minimizing payroll errors, enhancing data accuracy, and ensuring compliance. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Supervisor of Business Systems Support, and will be expected to commute to the office three days a week, with full in-office presence required for the first 90 days. Please note, this position does not offer Visa sponsorship and candidates must pass a controlled substance (drug) test for employment. We offer competitive compensation with a yearly salary of $46,000.
