Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM configuration and support, focusing on U.S. Payroll
- Practical experience in executing and managing ERP projects
- Proficiency in SAP HR and Time Management modules
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred professional HR certifications such as PHR
- Direct experience with SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions including Employee Central, Payroll, and Talent modules
- Experience in integrating HRIS between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
- Preferred experience with Power BI
- Ability to mentor team members and uphold governance frameworks
- Experience documenting processes, workflows, and training materials
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll operations by troubleshooting errors, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Work alongside HR and Payroll teams to enhance workflows and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Support the successful rollout of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Talent Management, and Payroll & Time
- Manage payroll schemas, including rules and configurations related to wage types, tax models, garnishments, and benefits integration
- Ensure compliance with BSI Tax Factory
- Develop and maintain queries in Query Manager to meet reporting, data analysis, and operational requirements
- Confirm all processes adhere to audit compliance and documentation standards
Description
We are seeking an SAP Business Process Analyst III to serve as both a functional and technical expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a particular emphasis on SAP HR, specifically U.S. Payroll and Time Management. Our team emphasizes optimizing workflows, minimizing payroll errors, enhancing data accuracy, and ensuring compliance. This position requires a commitment to onsite work, with the expectation to commute to the office three days a week. For the first 90 days, this role will require being in the office full-time. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position, and a controlled substance test is a prerequisite for employment. We offer competitive compensation in a collaborative and innovative environment.
