Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. - Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM configuration and support, specifically focusing on U.S. Payroll. - Practical experience in ERP project execution and management. - Proficient in SAP HR and Time Management modules. - Comprehensive understanding of U.S. Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance standards. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Professional HR certifications such as PHR are preferred. - Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions, including Employee Central, Payroll, and Talent modules. - Familiarity with HRIS integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. - Advanced skills in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and functions). - Experience with Power BI is preferred. - Ability to mentor team members and support governance frameworks. - Skilled in documenting processes, workflows, and training materials. - Collaborative mindset to work with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.

- Facilitate payroll operations by diagnosing issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions. - Work closely with HR and Payroll to refine workflows and guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing. - Assist in the effective implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Talent Management, and Payroll & Time functionalities. - Oversee payroll schemas, rules, and configurations, including wage types, tax models, garnishments, and benefits integration. - Ensure compliance with BSI Tax Factory standards. - Develop and manage queries in Query Manager 4 to meet reporting, data analysis, and operational requirements. - Guarantee all processes adhere to audit compliance and documentation protocols.
