Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, operations, workflow automation, or a similar technical role
- Experience with n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, RPA, and workflow automation in a business or project-based environment
- Familiarity with SQL or database querying concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros)
- Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly driven self-starter who excels in a dynamic, deadline-focused setting
- Preferred: Exposure to API integrations and system connectivity
- Preferred: Experience with SQL, Python, or comparable scripting languages
- Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Preferred: Understanding of AI Governance best practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Design, build, and oversee automated workflows using n8n, UiPath (RPA), and various AI tools to reduce manual and repetitive tasks across departments
- Utilize AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to extract, transform, and analyze data from a variety of sources such as PDFs, spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise systems
- Rapidly develop and test AI-based solutions to meet immediate business needs under tight deadlines
- Identify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes and create automation solutions
- Manage several projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines
- Convert business inquiries into analytical frameworks and actionable outcomes
