Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience or equivalent proficiency in service design, experience design, or a similar domain, emphasizing comprehensive user experiences
- At least 2 years of experience or equivalent in designing workflows and experiences powered by AI
- Proven track record in innovative design initiatives, such as journey mapping, service blueprinting, and storyboarding
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging experiences for various user demographics
- Skilled in collaborating within cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork, and promoting consensus towards shared objectives
- Experience in dynamic, iterative design processes involving frequent concept testing and refinement
Responsibilities
- Develop journey maps and service blueprints illustrating complete business processes to enhance service interactions and identify areas for innovation utilizing AI
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to discern user needs, preferences, and expectations while partnering with engineering to create low-code agent workflows and AI solutions
- Ensure the security, compliance, and audit capabilities of all AI-enabled processes
- Remain informed about industry trends and integrate insights into team knowledge
- Conduct workshops and collaborative sessions to gather feedback from customers to pinpoint areas for enhancement along the customer journey
- Embrace an iterative design philosophy by incorporating user feedback and insights to facilitate ongoing improvements
