Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation
- Solid grasp of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or similar certification (optional)
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects from planning through to execution and delivery
- Deep knowledge of project management principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, implement, and finalize IT projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop and oversee project plans, resource distribution plans, and financial budgets
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, encompassing developers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Recognize and address project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Ensure that project outputs adhere to quality, security, and compliance benchmarks
- Report on project status, advancements, and modifications to stakeholders
