Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Profound knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
- Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, and Jira
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Strong grasp of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing IT projects from planning through to delivery
- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and deliver IT projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop and oversee project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budgets
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Ensure that project outcomes align with quality, security, and compliance standards
- Communicate project status, progress, and alterations to stakeholders
