Requirements
Must:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organized, dependable, and enthusiastic about learning
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- (Preferred) Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tools, Active Directory, or basic networking
- (Preferred) CompTIA A+ or similar certification
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new computers, monitors, and mobile devices
- Provide fundamental help desk support for hardware, software, and network challenges
- Assist with user accounts, manage password resets, and access permissions
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track assignments
- Install and update software applications
- Troubleshoot printer issues, email, and common office connectivity problems
- Collaborate with external vendors or senior IT personnel when necessary
