Must:

- Over 5 years of experience in backend web development
- More than 3 years of experience with Python, utilizing Django / Flask / alternatives
- Strong skills in API and distributed systems design
- Familiarity with relational database ORMs
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- Kubernetes experience is desirable
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to establish and prioritize the development roadmap
- Work with engineering colleagues to create the travel advisor application, focusing on onboarding new advisors, booking travel, and managing client itineraries
- Emphasize performance, architecture, and adherence to clean design and coding principles
- Partner with fellow engineers to design comprehensive engineering solutions
- Take ownership of epics, managing the design, implementation, and delivery process
