- Ability to collaborate with corporate and international IT teams for stable operations
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between corporate Information Services and Operations offices
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Represent customer needs and requirements effectively to support teams
- Advocate for customers by ensuring their needs are central to service delivery
- Provide quality support for both IT infrastructure and end-user computing
- Offer technical support for employee PC hardware and software
- Guide end-users in the utilization of desktop software tools
- Support various employee training initiatives related to IT
- Facilitate hybrid meetings and serve as the local interface for third-party technology vendors
- Engage in localized application/tool development to enhance efficiency in FM Operations
- Ensure follow-through on commitments and meet established deadlines
