Business Analyst with Data Analytics Expertise

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they align with our organizational goals. You will design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends. Leading projects utilizing Agile methodologies, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on schedule and within scope. You will manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for data projects, encompassing planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases. Performing complex data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools like Talend will be your responsibility to extract insights from extensive datasets. You will also develop database designs, optimize queries for efficiency, and utilize VBA and Bash scripting for automation tasks. Supporting data integration efforts through linked data techniques and ensuring data quality across multiple platforms will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will communicate findings effectively through Visio diagrams, detailed reports, and presentations aimed at both technical teams and business leaders.
